Where do you ship?

We currently ship exclusively to Australia.

How long does delivery take?

Generally, shipments are in transit for 6– 10 days (Monday to Friday).

Order cut off time will be 05:00 PM and time zone (GMT-06:00) Central Standard Time (Chicago).

Order handling time is 1 - 2 business days (Monday to Friday).

Estimated delivery time is 7-12 business days (Monday to Friday).

Where are your products shipped from?

Orders are shipped from our international warehouse located in China.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free standard shipping on all orders.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Will I pay customs?

No, all applicable duties and taxes are covered by us. You will not be charged additional fees upon delivery.

What is your return policy?

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Returns may need to be sent to our international warehouse.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected. Approved refunds are issued within 7 business days.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will offer a replacement or full refund at no cost.
